The pages in this blog contain a collection of my thoughts regarding the future of customer experience. I include comments about the nature of experience and how consumers views of experience will change and evolve over time as well as how organisations create the frameworks for the experiences they deliver, the challenges they face and how they are trying to meet those challenges.
I have, rather self indulgently it’s fair to say, shared information about websites and people I like as well as books I am reading and will endeavor to add to these as and when I get the opportunity. However,the primary purpose of the blog is to provide me with a melting pot for information I discover as part of my research into the future of multi-channel customer experience. If however you find this useful as well, that is a bonus.
